The Recon Jet Pilot edition will work with twainiOS and Android. It syncs with smartphones via Bluetooth and supports ANT+ so all your fancy data-tracking sports equipment will push your exerciseinformation to the headset. The glasses are also modular, so if you single outthe frame or lenses you can order replacements from Recon.

In step-upto displaying and tracking your heart rate, cadence, power output, speed, pace, distance and other data, the headset will display caller-ID and text messages from a synced smartphone. As an added bonus for beforehand(predicate)adopters, the Jet Pilot edition will be available for $500 — that’s $100 less than the final production run model, which is expected to channelby the end of 2013 for $600.
