MELANIA Trump and her son Barron have finally moved into the White House after five months of living apart from Donald – just in time for the President’s 71st birthday.
The First Lady tweeted a picture from inside her new home, saying: “Looking forward to the memories we’ll make in our new home! #Movingday.”
The mum and son broke with tradition by living at Trump Tower in New York since the inauguration so that 11-year-old Barron could finish his school year uninterrupted.
They were pictured arriving in Washington DC alongside the President on Sunday for the long-awaited official move after spending a golfing weekend in New Jersey.
The trio were seen descending the steps of Air Force One after landing at Andrews Air Force base before making their way to the White House.
Barron – who had donned a T-shirt that read ‘The Expert’ for the occasion – was seen playing with a fidget spinner.
Melania’s parents also joined them for the short flight from Bedminster, New Jersey, where Trump had spent the weekend at his golf course.
After arriving at the White House Melania tweeted a picture from a window looking on to the South Lawn and the Washington Monument.
